Project Introduction

The water supply project to Nasim Aras Company was carried out by Abad Pey Paydar as a contractor, consultant, and supplier of equipment. Also, Nasim Aras Company which is located at the site of Aras Heavy Industries as the employer. This project included the installation of a water supply pipeline. The mentioned pipeline connected the main pipe located in the 35-meter middle street of the site to the factories.

Construction

The construction phase included various activities. including site preparation, and route mapping from the branching point from 35-meter street to the entrance of the company. In addition to that, we implemented polyethylene pipes with a diameter of 250 and 200 with a working pressure of 10 bar, the implementation of the faucet pool and related connections, and the installation of all polyethylene and faucet accessories. We were also responsible for cutting the asphalt and installing the accessories in the place expected to install the fire hydrant. Additionally, we considered factors such as pipeline material selection and hydraulic considerations to ensure an efficient water supply system.

Completing the water supply pipeline to these factories and companies in the Aras Free Zone provides a vital resource for their activities. It also guarantees a reliable and uninterrupted water supply. This is essential for various industrial processes, cooling systems, and other water-related needs.

Supervision

Abad Pey Paydar was also responsible for supervising the implementation of this water supply project. This responsibility includes compliance with industry standards and coordination with the Nasim Aras employers. We provided expert solutions in pipeline installation techniques, quality control measures, and project management and ensured the successful implementation of the water supply pipeline.
